I could not stay but I was unable to elicit any response from booking.com even to acknowledge my attempts to cancel.

Muy caro para la calidad pero por lo visto en la media de Londres

Pros: La ubicación no es mala, bastante cerca del metro y el personal es atento y amable. Cons: Muy caro para la calidad del hotel, precio excesivo, habitaciones viejas, las camas de la triple grandes y bastante bien, pero muy ruidoso y de limpieza regulera, las cortinas eran granates y tenian una capa de polvo de no haber sido limpiadas en años. El suelo con moqueta también muy vieja.

Worn hotel with no lift - but would still book again for a short solo stay in a lovely area.

Pros: Location, location location (close to Kings Cross/st Pancras and greenery outside) Staff were friendly and the bed was super comfortable. The room seemed well cleaned. There was an issue with the bedlamp not working and it got sorted the next day. Lots of nice places to eat in nearby streets, Russell Square and the Brunswick centre. The area is lovely actually- parks, nice walks and lots of history. I don’t think you can get a cheaper single hotel room with it’s own bathroom in this area. Cons: If you fancy things new and shiny or you have mobility issues this is not the place for you
