Pros: The staff are really friendly and helpful. The housekeeping is also really friendly. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Location-wise, it's a 5-minute walk to the train and underground station. It's right on the doorstep of the gay district. Cons: The room layout has not been thought out very well at all. It's clearly been designed by someone who's never stayed in it. Nowhere to hang towels when you get out of the shower. The lighting in the bathroom area is dreadful, the headboard is just very odd with the way the reading lights are stuck on top. But the biggest thing is th

We spontaneously got a junior suite upgrade and could easily arrange a later check-out. We had a great room with a fantastic window front. Cons: I can't think of anything right now, honestly...
