Quite expensive for what you get.
Pros: Location Cons: We did not get what we had booked. Old, run-down rooms. Air conditioning did not work in one room. Toilet seat was broken and was not fixed.

Pros: Location! Plenty of bus options. Cons: The lift!!! Didn't seem to have any sensors... my forearm was crushed, leaving bad bruising & inflammation. No first aid available (ice or cold packs), only bandaids!!

Pros: Location was great Cons: Room was weathered, bed was uncomfortable, needs a fresh coat of paint. No air conditioning, but a fan was provided. Had a parking issue, but the receptionist was able to resolve it, causing unnecessary stress. Ensure you get parking reservation in writing. Email for parking reservation confirmation before traveling to ensure a space.

Just a night with bed and shower.
Pros: Near where our son lives Cons: Floor looked clean but felt dirty and uncleaned. No noise cancellation. Noisy in the morning from 6 am!

Hotel is mediocre but well located and has large rooms for families. Check the rooms.
Pros: We liked the location, although the closest is a bus stop, there are always good connections to important places. Although transportation in London is expensive. Cons: I chose the hotel for having air conditioning and a kitchen, they offered me a room with either air conditioning or kitchen because something was always broken... the one I got had a faulty fridge... they did not resolve anything during the stay.
