It is the hotel I always use when I have to catch a flight and I go to Madrid beforehand or stay an extra day on the way back from the trip
It is the hotel I always use when I have to catch a flight and I go to Madrid beforehand or stay an extra day on the way back from the trip. Location near 2 shopping centers to eat/breakfast/dine and go for a walk for leisure. The kindness of its staff, especially the 2 girls who drove the transport van, were lovely

I would stay at the hotel again
Pros: I really liked the cleanliness, the pool, the gym, and the facilities in general. Also the transfer to/from the airport Cons: I didn't like that the double bed was two single beds pushed together. It would also be good if the pool was open until at least 9 pm because of the heat

Cons: There was no water in the vending machines
Cons: There was no water in the vending machines. The ones outside were not working well. Inside there was none. Unheard of in a 4-star hotel
