Great location but needs improvements in the facilities
Pros: The best thing is the location and the friendliness of the staff, they have been very attentive. The recent English breakfast served is a positive point. Cons: It is not properly air-conditioned and it was very hot in the rooms, the facilities are old and there is a lack of more continental breakfast to complement the magnificent English breakfast

Nice hotel, great city, anytime again
The staff is very nice. For breakfast, you can choose between a traditional English breakfast, croissants, fruits, or cereal. You can get free coffee and water all day. The rooms are not too big but nicely clean and cozy. The location is superb. Five minutes to Victoria Station, from there you can easily get anywhere. Also only 900 meters to Buckingham Palace. Many attractions are within walking distance.
