A complete diisaster , I have asked for compensation and have been completely ignored

Pros: Nothing Cons: Nothing at all went well, pre-arrival communication was all ai driven rubbish that confirmed bus / transfer times that didn't exist . I couldn't get into the hotel when I arrived after hours . The helpline person told me to go and find another hotel and sent the hotel the bill. I finally dicuovered they had made an automatic check in and sent me the access code for an old key pad in the lobby. 3 and half hours after I arrived at the airport I got into the room and got up 3 hours later to go back for my next flight . Other travellers be warned ....

Pros: Location Cons: Staff was not helping as I ask of charger as my phone was died and even informed m A traveller but they did not helped and spoiled my trip
