Great.
Pros: Clean, spacious, good standard. Nice bathroom. Cons: Breakfast could need an upgrade.
Good location and nice room
Pros: The lobby is beautiful and location is central. Cons: Our toilet wasn’t flushing so we raised the issue with staff and were informed it’d be looked at. It was not looked into until we informed them of the issue again and they were very helpful and switched our room
Nice Hotel In The Center Of Inverness
Pros: It is centrally located, a few blocks from Inverness Station. It was very clean and quiet at night (my room seemed to face the back). They had breakfast and it was good. The staff was very friendly. It is very close to restaurants and all the city sights. Very satisfied. Cons: Nothing, all was good
Pros: Staff very friendly, breakfast excellent, rooms clean and and smart. Cons: Lift was out of order a length of time during our stay and plates didn't always appear fully clean at breakfast time.
Pros: efficient helpful staff Cons: broken lift
