Comfortable and convenient.
Pros: I have stayed here before and find the location excellent for the convenience of Milano Centrale station. The beds are comfortable and the view over Piazza d’Aosta is lovely. Breakfast on the top floor provides a convenient start to the day with a range of options. Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Accueil souriant Cons: Store de la chambre hors service, pas de double vitrage efficace contre le bruit extérieur, pas de tapis de douche, message culpabilisant si on ose utiliser une troisième serviette
Pros: Accueil aimable Cons: Des voisins faisaient la fête (et ils avaient bien raison) et j'en profitais à fond faute de fenêtre isolée. Les doubles vitrages sont fait pour ça (et pour limiter les besoins en clim et sauver la planète)
Super Great Staff
Pros: The two best things about this hotel are the staff -- who are SO SO nice and friendly and upbeat and helpful...and the location, which could not be better if you need to catch an early train or get in on a late one (or both). Cons: my room was tiny, tbh, but also fine - very clean and with a big attractive photograph of the city up on the wall...
