Great location perfect place to stay in winter.

Pros: Location was great and the hotel had an elevator. Cons: Temperature of rooms was way too hot and we were not allowed to change it in our Aircon , very hard to sleep at night.

Excellent location close to Milan Centrale, will have to stay longer next time

Pros: Only 1 night this time. Excellent location and friendly team members (especially Beatrice at Reception). Improvements to consider: - Having coffee/tea making facilities and crockery in the room. - not having locks on the air conditioning temperature and mode settings Cons: Nothing
