Pros: They cancelled our reservation the day before we were due to arrive. Hosts were completely unresponsive when Booking.com tried to confirm the cancellation. I was told I should cancel ( so it wouldn’t be recorded as them cancelling ) when I refused they were unreachable to remedy the situation so I could be totally reimbursed Cons: Cancelled. No accountability

Misleading listing, broken refund promise, and complete lack of response

Pros: Nothing Cons: This property was misrepresented. It is not a 3-bedroom apartment. It is a 2-bedroom unit with temporary beds placed in the living area, which was completely unsuitable for our group of five adults and not what we booked or paid for. We raised this immediately on arrival. The management company explicitly told us that a full refund would be processed through Booking.com and instructed us to find alternative accommodation, which we did. Pros: Location terrific, friendly helpful staff, great written instructions of rules of the building, wonderful coffee making machine in lobby. Extremely well organized. Cons: The sofa/ futon was extremely uncomfortable. The king bed was mushy with no "edges". View was just ok

Very expensive, but the location is excellent.

Pros: The location is top-notch! It can't be beat! I liked the cheerful colors of the kitchenware as well. Cons: The rooms were just fine, although the couch was not very comfortable, and the second bed in the smaller bedroom was janky as heck -- seemingly held up by small pieces of wood.
