BEWARE: Switch & bait > a known water damage was pretext to move us to a lesser place!!!!!

Pros: Front desk people at the building are very friendly. Cons: Beware: 1. The host knew that there was a water damage in the property, but the host kept the advertisement on and the "moved" us to a different property, which was on offer on Booking.com for a LOWER price - but without any price change! Instead, the host called it an "free upgrade"!! Outrageous. 2. The host tried to get us to check in at 5pm, even though the check-in time on the description said 3pm. No explanation.

Great apartment for a Boston stay

Very convenient location. And the staff at 212, and through the booking agent, were responsive and helpful.

Great location, spacious clean comfortable and sensibly priced but very noisy air conditioning.

Pros: Location, facilities, comfort, view, spacious, sensible price. Cons: The air con was incredibly noisy. Fortunately we didn’t need it….but if the outside temp had been much hotter or colder we would have probably reduced our overall rating to a 3.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage in Boston. Sehr gemütlich und eine schöne Dachterrasse. Cons: Die Klimaanlage ist recht laut.
