One time thing.
Pros: Location Cons: Rats in the roof.
Pros: It was a great stay for our first few days in OZ and get our feet under us. Close to the downtown and museums (30-40 min walk), groceries, liquor store, coffee shops and a park outside the door. The room was spacious and clean with great kitchenette for self-serve meals The Italian restaurant on site was very good, too. Cleaning staff were lovely and very friendly. Cons: Everything was great in the room and very clean, except the bathroom door in our room was covered in black mould and rotten along the bottom. I did point this out to front desk staff.
We were at the front of the property. Noise issue was mainly due to the Nepal Festival & the restaurant below. Being at the back of the property would not have resolved the festival noise, Parking was excellent
Enjoyable Comfortable Convenient
Pros: The old school design and location was just what I required Cons: -
Stayed here many times, it’s by far my favourite place to stay in Perth because so relaxed and just far enough away from
Pros: Love the old style retro style Cons: I would like it to be a little cheaper than it is
