Good parking. Good staff. Clean room. Great value. Great location.
Pros: Staff were great. Parking was at rear, perfect. Location was perfect. Room was what I expected for the price and photos. Cons: Nothing, was a good stay.

The charm and a correct price but especially in summer it lacks comfort.
Pros: The charm of the hotel, cleanliness and kindness of the staff. Cons: The facilities and the lack of comfort. Spring mattress so not pleasant to sleep on, it was hot in the room and there was only one fan, not many opportunities to easily open the windows knowing that outside it's a bit noisy (window on the street), a cracked window where the sun and heat came in, the bathroom extractor fan made an unbearable noise. No mini fridge which can be missed in summer and especially during a heatwave.

Pros: Basic Hotel
Pros: Basic Hotel. Very clean very well located for visiting friends in the Balham and Clapham area and exactly as described. Cons: Nothing to dislike. It is however a basic hotel and this is reflected in the price you pay. No-frills but clean, comfortable and exactly as expected.
