Located in a peaceful area of Ballater, with easy walking access to the centre of Ballater. Lots of private, off road parking area. Huge private garden with an abundance of wildlife including red squirrels. Well stocked kitchen and good sized, clean rooms.

Lovely house in great location
Pros: Lovely peaceful location and just a 10 minute walk into Ballater. Lots of stunning walks within a half hour drive and also from the house. Beautiful clean and fresh house with comfortable bedrooms and good kitchen/ dining space as well as large lounge looking onto the spacious garden. Very well equipped for self catering. Cons: It was very wet during one of our walks and although there is a large cupboard off the hall for jackets and boots and heater in there too would have helped with drying. Nothing else - was all good.

Beautiful, spacious house with excellent facilities
Beautiful, spacious house with excellent facilities . Very clean and well equipped. This house is really large compared to other houses in Ballater. The garden is also huge and would be perfect in the summer. The host was v responsive.
