Pros: Great location for Edgbaston. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cons: Poor communication. Lack of staff on arrival and departure.

Another perfect stay
This was our second stay at the Baloci and it was just as good as we remembered. Our room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Can’t recommend it highly enough and we will be back.

Lovely room, perfect location for what I needed
Pros: Room was amazing. It was very clean and finished to a high standard. The bath in the room was lovely and the shower was great. It had a fan to cool the room and tea and coffee making facilities Cons: Someone explaining how the tv, coffee machine worked, as well as how to get hot water from the bath - this took a while to figure out! Checking in was a bit of a faff as no keys and use of codes - but you needed to wait for them to set this up and then try them out. You had to wait for emails - just made the check in process a bit annoying. Couldn't get TV channels to work No staff available
