Pros: The staff was young and very kind, but struggling to find a solution to some problems (we had a neighbor who was still watching TV at full volume at one in the morning, we asked for assistance but the person who came was struggling, didn't know what to do well). The room was clean. Cons: The room had no heating at all, it was freezing at night. The location is very far from Pushkar, the restaurants and places marked nearby actually do not exist (except for the wineshop).
We enjoy the property
Pros: Best Place to stay and very well maintained. Cons: The location and property is very very good and the rooms were maintained
Went all fine up till the check out. I guess this group of hotels is “Enter at your own risk”
Pros: Room view was good Cons: Staff needs to get properly trained. We had to wait 30 mins to get the exit clearance from reception staff. This was the only hotel which made guests wait after check out. Confronted the front desk where they said they are checking rooms for damages after checkout. I went with family with two infants. Skipped new year party prior 31st night as well. Was unaware of this idiotic process at this hotel by untrained front desk staffs. Did not expect to move out of the hotel in a bad mood.
Generally very good.
Pros: Good location, quiet and clean. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Cons: Nothing
