It’s really nice stuff friendly service breakfast is excellent
Pros: Cleanness Cons: Too complicated to access to the building and out of the building
Cons: There were a lot of constructions in the building
Pros: Central, safe, clean and welcoming Cons: When you order tea/coffee for breakfast it takes more than 15 minutes to arrive
Beware renovations
Pros: It's a fine hotel with comfortable accommodation and nice buffet breakfast, in a location that we like. Cons: The hotel is undergoing renovations which are not limited to the bar and upper restaurants. The ground floor lobby is currently closed off, so check-in even for non-Club rooms is on the 19th floor. Despite checking-in online (including uploading image of passport), which hotel messaging said would save time, we waited about 20 minutes to be checked in, with passports being copied again. The renovations mean there is some (intermittent) construction noise during working hours 7 d
It was generally okay but left much to be desired.
Pros: The gym was nice. the staff were nice Cons: the room was all carpet that was not very clean. the shower was tight, and I am actually a smaller person. The breakfast in other banyan tree branches was better.
October here averages 27°C, with around 221 mm of rain across the month.
