Hotel staff are not helpful and not taking responsibility

Cons: When I was do check in room room was not clean and blankets was so dirty I was ask for new blankets and stuff was told me we don't have any and I was waiting for 6 hours to get new room but they told me to cancel because they don't have clean blankets and I was believe them that they wil pay my money back but they didn't and I was staying other hotel for 2 days I was go back ther because they told me they will not give my mo money back and they finally give me new blankets and I stay ther during 8 days I was ther and no one come to clean the room when I ask them to clean they dint resp
