Not the five star service we expected
Great location for local transports. Clean and tidy room, pool and bar area. Cleaning staff 101% on point Reception staff really friendly. Life guard 101% on the ball. Bar staff….. slow, non existent. Pool/table service call system pointless as no-one ever comes. Roof top bar was always closed. Breakfast was slow service and long wait times for eggs or pancakes whilst the other buffet was empty and not restocked. Coffee is awful ! Club sandwich was really nice. Not the five star service we expected.

Not the five star service you would expect
Pros: Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Cons: Poor service. Took to long and when pressing the service button either no one came and you had to find someone or you had to wait ten minutes for some to show up. Don’t have a call system if you can’t staff it.
