Great stay with one very disappointing interaction.
Pros: Location, safety and the welcoming atmosphere of the staff Cons: We had an issue with my daughter given a room that was already occupied. My daughter who was staying alone was then given a room on another floor since our second room on our floor was not available. As a “disculpa”, we were informed that all three of us (2 of us in a separate room) were given premium level status. My daughter made sure she asked if it was just for one or all three of us. They assured her it was for three of us. We were delighted!! When we tried to go to breakfast the next morning, we were informed that onl
