Just Wonderful !

Pros: Everything wonderful and on top, the so nice smile and sincerely attentionated welcoming. Cons: Maybe a bit expensive, compared to the "continent" but we are in Br(exit)itain...

It was lovely and perfect during our move to our new home.

Pros: The overall experience & stay was absolutely superb and the staff were exceptional. The room was just right for what we needed, the grounds are beautiful for morning walks and the staff were all friendly, helpful and Oli the grounds keeper/gardener was extremely wonderful with my 3 year old son & feeding the fish was fun for him. Sam was great and the rest of the staff all helpful and made this experience easier. The room cleaning staff were friendly and professional Cons: The only one thing I would have to say is the room could be cleaner especially under the tv unit cupboard and bed. T

Worst hotel ever.

Pros: Nothing. The worst hotel experience of my life. Cons: 35 degrees, no air con, just a small fan that did nothing. There were approximately 20/30 max people staying at the hotel. Staff took room numbers for food then couldnt remember who ordered what rather than calling the room number. One had a panic attack when I asked to order a beer like they had never served a pint despite working behind the bar. Every time you ordered it took 30 minutes to get a drink with no queue. Midway through one order the guy walked off to do something else rather than finish my order of 3 drinks. They were un

Pros: It looked lovely from the outside but shabby & rather ran down on the inside. We checked in asked if we could book a table for dinner as it wasn’t busy to be told there were no tables available so had to find somewhere else to dine, disappointed to be honest after a long day horse racing at Goodwood, such a shame as the venue could be lovely Cons: Shabby

Nice location let down by mediocre 3 star experienc - avoid courtyard rooms

Pros: Impressive Manor House Cons: No maid / cleaner turned my room between nights 1 and 2 - room not cleaned / bed not made / empty glasses not cleared Bad breakfasts - very low grade I was sent to the wrong room at check in and had to walk back to reception to get the right key / room number
