Terrible service!!!!

Cons: Not clean, dirty rooms. Stay 4 nights snd they didn’t even tell us uphand that you must specifically ask for them to clean the room, only on request. Finally requested the last night, still dirty. Staff was Not helpful. That was a technical error and the hotel charged me five times for the same booking and they are NOT willing to help!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE!!!!! Maria at the reception was not helpful!
