Pros: The friendly staff. Excellent location. Very character full. Next to a nice pub with good food. Cons: Decor is dated and fixtures and fittings showing signs of wear and tear but not dirty. The kettle lead didn't reach the plug socket!
My second stay and I enjoyed both of them
Pros: The location is incredibly handy for the centre of town. The staff are really pleasant. It's not noisy Cons: The room was just too small for a full-size double bed. The bath taps were not labelled H and C
All the staff were very kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. They were also able to store my luggage, which was a huge help. The hotel was very clean as well.
