Safe were rude when another guest was banging out our door at 7am on a Saturday to move our car. The guest had plenty of room to move but aggressively banged on our door. The staff member who called me about it was extremely rude at the time and spoke down to us.

Pros: Fantastic location at Battery Point. Beautiful old building. Our contact was so helpful via text with initial instructions and follow up questions from us. Cons: Overall it was very good. The blind in the bathroom was broken but we tried to fix it and think it is ok now!
