The water heater is not working, I guess because the water is not really hot for bathing.

The reception took so long to make the booking checking, almost half an hour waiting to check. Really upset with this service.

Great, comfortable last-minute stay!

We were supposed to stay with a friend, but last-minute circumstances prevented us, so we had to find a place to stay asap! We opted to stay near Batu Caves because we wanted to visit the next morning, found this place and booked almost blindly as it was past 6 pm. We got SO lucky! We turned up 20 minutes later, and there were no issues with check-in, he just asked to see my confirmation as they didn't have a computer there - so make sure you have this to hand. The man at the desk was quiet and not exactly warm, but check-in was smooth. The room and bathroom were clean, aircon and fan worked,
