Comfortable, quiet and relaxing place for an overnight stay. We enjoyed it..

Pros: Good location for us. Close to friends nearby. Quiet residential area with attractive homes and gardens. Bed, bathroom and kitchen facilities met our needs. Cons: Difficult for two of us to sit at the table. Felt rather cramped. Extra cleaning needed between bathroom basin and mirror.

Convenient private budget accommodation with a comfy bed.

Pros: The guest suite was very handy to the location we needed to be in. The bed was very comfortable and the room had the essentials for an overnight stay. Cons: The host requested an extra $20 as bond on the day we arrived, which was not mentioned in the conditions. They declined our request for glasses for water. There was only a lower sheet on the bed under the doona - no top sheet which is important for hot sleepers like us. The shower was mouldy and some surfaces dirty. Pros: Location was great and room was lovely. Cons: When having shower the hot water stopped while water was turned on elsewhere in the house for a short while but did come back quickly.

Great value for money, and a great host.

The host and their family were friendly and very attentive. The room was clean and neat, and the location was central to where I needed to be. The room was great value for money and while fairly basic was exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend this stay to others.
