Disappointing visit to the Bay Guest Lodge
Cons: I had previously stayed at the Bay Guest Lodge and I stayed in room 4 which was spacious and had a fabulous view. I arrived on Friday evening having booked with booking.com and paid in advance. The front door was locked and no one was answering the buzzer. Another Guest arrived and entered the code to open the door so I asked if he would let me into the reception area. I met one of the staff at the Bay Guest and said that I was checking in , he told me that I wasn't on the list. I showed him my booking reference , he told me to ring a number on their business card which I did but got no
