Comfortable room and shower

Pros: Clean and comfortable bed, great location . Clear entry instructions Cons: There was a Union Jack flag noisily flapping just by our open window which was really disturbing during the night , can’t quite understand why it was there ? It was too hot to shut the window.

Handy as a base for the beach

Pros: The room was a 5 minute walk from the seafront, which was its main appeal - great for going for a swim, and for getting on to the coast path. It was also just a few minutes' walk or cycle from the train station. The room was comfortable - good bed, fair size, cool enough at night. Windows that opened - always a bonus! Cons: Very poor soundproofing in the ceiling, so we could hear the guests in the room above walking around, using and flushing the toilet. Not their fault - they were doing nothing wrong - but the floor is obviously very thin, and somewhat creaky. The area around the lod

Cons: It would have been better if they had proper car park facilities,instead of parking down on a road,also doesn't mention this when booking it.
