Pros: The games room was great fun but would have liked it to stay open a little later. The rooms were super clean and deco/colours were tasteful. Customer service was brilliant. Cons: The beds were supportive but incredibly hard, we woke up with sore hips and backs. They would benefit from a cushion topper of some sort.
