Pros: They sent a text the morning of check-in with the key code. Cons: There were no toiletries available- no body wash, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. There was No A/C. There was no elevator, and it was on the 3rd floor.

Hell! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! Do not book it !

Cons: Absolutely appalling. Avoid this property at all costs. I have travelled all over the UK and have never experienced anything like this.I booked this apartment for two nights through Booking.com for £320 because I was travelling over six hours from Liverpool to Southampton for one of the most important days of my life – my university graduation. When we arrived, the smell hit us as soon as we opened the front door. It was immediately obvious that the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests.The biggest shock was the beds. Good location but wouldn’t stay again

Pros: The location Cons: The decor was tired and in need of improvement. It was also unbearably hot and the fans supplied were all but useless.

Great location for attending a concert at St Mary’s. Having a space to park was very useful.

Pros: Good location. Clean. Cons: General facilities. TV channels weren't working properly like there was no aerial. And the next morning before we vacated we were against the clock because we had to embark a cruise at a specific time and the hot water wasn't working. Even though we followed the step on the instructions. We was all ended up having to have cold showers. So I feel like the experience as a whole was over priced for what we got.
