easy and convenient
Pros: breakfast was fine. Bed was great Cons: there was transfer of noise from the house so we could not get to sleep early. A hand rail for the outside steps would be a good addition.

Pros: Jim and Vanessa are wonderful hosts, we had a great stay and will return when we next visit Wellington. Cons: No complaints
