Unfortunately incredibly firm mattress spoils an otherwise easy stay

Pros: Easy check in, large well furnished rooms, lots of parking, heating and AC Cons: The mattress was incredibly firm, and the pillows hard, unfortunately this meant that I struggled to sleep. I have stayed at the property before and haven’t experienced this so perhaps it was just this room.

Pros: Location and plenty of parking space Cons: Toilet flush not working properly. No breakfast service. Unfriendly cat.

Nice location, decent rooms

Pros: Nicely renovated property - I really liked my room and the building itself was pleasant. Location was good with lots of nice shops, cafés restaurants close by. Self check-in was very simple. Can't comment on staff as I didn't meet any but the place was well cared for. Tea / coffee in the bedrooms, a water cooler downstairs and you get pre-packed Belgian waffles, cereal bars, juice in the morning. Cons: - We booked two different types of room and there was no indication on check-out which room was which - Rooms were VERY hot at night, I struggled to sleep and keeping the window open mean
