It was the perfect place for us to come and spend time with our son! Plenty of room and host was top tier!
Pros: the condo itself was perfect! Very cozy and clean! Beds extremely comfortable! I would stay here everytime I come down to Orlando! The host was top tier! Even Instacarted snacks for us! Any and everything I had a question for he answered quickly! Cons: Wasn’t bad. Just beer bottles and stuff outside the walkway. (Not the condo owners issue).
Cozy apartment well worth the price and more
Pros: The property had everything we needed, was in a good neighborhood close to where we needed to be Cons: We found a used bandaid in one of the bunk beds, which really soured the experience for us in an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall the place was very clean so just chalking it up to an oversight

Pros: Not much to like at all. Cons: If I could give this 0 stars I would. I unfortunately didn't take any photos, but there is mold all over the master bedroom shower and air vents. An inch or two of standing water left in the dishwasher left for who knows how long leaving an unbearable stench. Oven was not working, was quickly fixed but the repair man left a complete mess after pulling it out. This is listed as a condo, but is more or less a section 8 apartment, low income and mostly minority residents that are unpleasant. Please do not bring your family here as you will not sleep due to the

Pros: The location is very good, close to the parks, shopping, and accessible to quickly reach various places Cons: The lack of cleanliness, drawers full of grease, cockroaches came out of the sink, there were animal excrements in the drawers under the sink that we did not want to discover and did not open, there was too much dust on rails, shelves, cabinets, better not to open the windows, the bunk beds, the upper beds did not have double sheets and the bathroom and kitchen furniture quite damaged, the kitchen utensils to prepare food are quite limited
