Beautiful flat in luxury Graylingwell development

Excellent comfortable apartment and well situated

Pros: Clean, bright (tall windows), lots of excellent facilities; washing m/c, dishwasher, cooker, etc also nicely furnished. Safe and secure property with good access. Also parking bay with permit is provided by the host. And within 30 min. walk from centre of Chichester via Oakwell park avoiding main roads. Cons: Not a problem really but guests should be aware that car park is a little way away from apartment but no problem for the able bodied.

Pros: Washer. Dishwasher. Cooking utensils. Good directions to get here and inside. Cons: No dinner plates - not one. No cleaning sponge & but one kitchen towel. Mattress uneven and lumpy - needs a new one. Living area windows unsafe to leave open (summertime) w easy access from outside. Curtains in bedroom not light blocking.
