Great stay in London
Pros: Clean, comfortable room in a good location. Hannah was friendly and responsive. I had a great stay and would recommend it. Cons: Nothing significant. Everything was as expected.

Terrible experience
Cons: The accommodation was very difficult to find, and we wanted to check in at night, which was allowed by the hostess. However, after a failed attempt to enter, the hostess completely ignored us, even after several phone calls, we could no longer reach her. We were then forced to walk around London all night to eventually have to sleep in the lobby of a hotel because everything was fully booked due to a concert. Absolutely not recommended...
