Beautiful & spacious 2 bed apt in Glasgow West End

A very good stay in general with no real issues.

Pros: Clean and well laid out with very good kitchen facilities. When the heating system failed I was given prompt assistance by the manager and the issue was resolved later in the day by a heating engineer calling on WhatsApp video to talk through a solution with me. Well done! Cons: Transport links are ok but bus services are not that great. Requesting an extra bath mat and a warmer duvet that weren’t delivered. Overall, not major issues and the service given was helpful, friendly and courteous.

Pros: De ruimte was prima leuke buurt twee slaapkamers. Een slaapkamer met een erg goede boxspring andere kamer rustiger maar matig bed. Prima badkamer en keuken. Goed met openbaar vervoer bereikbaar Cons: Het was vervelend dat je de sleutel ergens anders moet halen wat 10 minuten lopen is en dat in de regen met een koffer. Dat is niet handig. Ook terug moet de sleutel weer daar naar toe. En we hadden het gevoel dat de deur niet goed op slot kan en we laten toch waardevolle spullen achter.

The apartment was superficially attractive but very poorly maintained

Pros: Location was adequate for our purpose Cons: Having to collect and drop off the keys involving a 20 minute walk , NOT 5 minutes as described in the email. Maintenance in the flat was of a poor standard. In the sitting room the curtains hanging of the rail, sofa and carpet was stained . In the bath room the toilet was not flushing properly , the drawers under the sink flopped out when opened. and the bathroom door was very difficult to lock and unlock . Pros: Great location in Glasgow's West End, near railway and subway stations and plenty of restaurants and bars! Clean, comfortable accommodation. Cons: Nothing, it was wonderful!
