Central, clean and the staff is very helpful.
Pros: The location of the facility, cleanliness was very good. The staff was very helpful and polite. They were very helpful in every way. There was an area where we could leave our luggage, which we used both when we arrived early and during check-out. Cons: There was no air conditioning. They provide converters for sockets for a fee if you need.

I would come back with my eyes closed
Pros: I went to the reception at 10:30 pm on the first night because there was quite a loud noise outside my room. While I expected them to offer me another room the next day, they did it immediately, let me choose my room from two, both of which were upgrades from the original room, at no extra cost. Just for that, I will return to this establishment, which is also extremely well located and very clean. Cons: The establishment would deserve a modernization, especially the bathrooms. But if it were done, it is likely that the price per night would no longer be the same...
