Overall had a nice time
Pros: Lovely grounds. A really nice atmosphere, decent gym and spa. Close to the high street. Cons: Rooms could do with being updated. Staff in the hotel were really nice and welcoming but staff in the gym/spa area were rude and unprofessional.
Beautiful.
We stayed in the hotel as we attended a race meeting at Newmarket. We stayed in the Chippenham suite. The suite was beautiful as as the hotel. Food in the hotel bar was excellent and the staff in reception and in the bar were brilliant, really attentive. A fantastic stay.

Pros: Great location. Lovely helpful staff. Good size bedroom. Ample parking with fast ev charging. Restaurant staff lovely. Food good. Cons: Everything was good except full English breakfast was not hot enough.
