Great location: car parking situation not accurate

Pros: Great location; spacious flat. Cons: We chose this b/c it said that although there was no parking there is an NCP carpark within 100 yards of the property: which is true but it is derelict / abandoned / closed / unsafe. Given that was the main criteria for our choice, that was problematic for us. The information needs to be updated. The flat was also very hot -- not their fault with an unusually hot summer in the uk but the windows don't open much and there were no fans provided. Chairs and sofa very uncomfortable and the sofa needed replacing.
