Believe Madero Hotel

Disappointed!

Pros: Good breakfast and very attentive and friendly reception staff. Nice hotel, but unfortunately very poorly maintained. Cons: Poorly maintained hotel, broken floor tiles, broken elevator floor tiles that even make noise when stepped on, rusty shower caddies and worn-out furniture in the bathroom, lack of maintenance. The bathroom shampoo had water (just plain water), room light with a short circuit... we stayed 1 night without light. You can tell there is a lack of care, lack of a deeper look into everything, lack of maintenance! It's a shame, because the hotel is nice!

They need to improve.

Pros: The location, friendly staff. Cons: The floors are destroyed, I had to change rooms for that reason. Where they relocated me also had deficiencies in the floor, also in the hallways. The bathrooms were not comfortable. The pillows were hard.
