Romantic villa and view. Needs some TLC
The place great for a beautiful romantic getaway. The villas are beautiful. The outdoor bathroom and private infinity pool makes it feel special. Service is friendly but remember you're on island time.
The hotel is extremely remote. 40 minutes from basseterre and there are few restaurant options within 20 minutes of the resort.
The place is falling into some disrepair. Paint and roof repairs needed throuout. I read the new ownership grou p has a plan to restore the place. I hope they do soon. The place deserves it.

The property was rundown a lot of buildings were derelict. It looks like they haven't maintained them in years. The service was pretty bad / staff didn't seem to want to do their jobs.

If you are looking for a place to detach this is it for sure
If you are looking for a place to detach this is it for sure. The cabin was great and the personal infinity pool was fantastic (but not heated) and the view was amazing. Some downsides were the bathroom being completely outside making nighttime urinations interesting. Not much hot water so use sparingly and not enough for us to fill the tub. No TVs but there is a projector with Netflix which was a nice touch but the volume wasn’t great and even at full volume we still needed the closed captioning. Also if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs because the frogs are quite loud, I didn’t mind
