Pros: Tutto ok Cons: Nulla tutto ok

It is very important for hotel personnels to be gracious, polite. Place was quiet and comfortable.

Pros: It was near my daughter’s place. Quite convenient for family reunion. Cons: Small room. Not enough place to put stuff. We have to use our luggages as cabinets. Very inconvenient. The breakfast food was the same everyday we were there.

Could have been so much better.

Pros: The location was good for the airport. Nothing else. We were disappointed. Cons: The 2 rooms we had were shabby and not clean e.g. dirty walls. The fixtures and fittings were in a poor state e.g. cracked shower tray. We stayed 90 minutes while we found somewhere else to stay as we knew from the 2 rooms we had it was not worth asking to be moved as the hotel was full. We did not stay.

A clean airport hotel with own shuttle service.

Pros: A clean airport hotel with own parking and shuttle service. Rooms are generous and well kept and clean with a pool. Cons: Not easily accessible without a ride.

Definitely worth considering when using airport

Pros: Food was excellent ~ evening meal and breakfast. Good choice and quality. Place was very clean Reasonably short distance to Linate airport with free shuttle bus. Cons: Some of the Staff in dining area were not very attentive or welcoming. Room quite small Poor choice of TV programmes.
