Just awful !
Pros: Nothing ! Faded and tired ! Cons: Awful, I booked a 'deluxe' double room . There was nothing deluxe at all ,the room was tiny , the furniture cheap self build ,the bedding was thin and flimsy and the bed felt like a camping bed ! Breakfast didn't start till 7.30am (not good for business people) and then was a total mish-mash of far eastern choices , cold boiled eggs or toast ! The layout only serves to create queues , again not good if you are heading off to work! The place is just awful , avoid it like the plague !

Pros: I was helped very quickly and easily by the staff members and actually got to check in early, which I was really grateful for. They specified that if I couldn't check in early, I was afforded the opportunity to drop my bags while I waited, which I really appreciated. The Wi-Fi worked really well, and the room service in terms of cleaning was also good. Cons: My bed was a bit sloped, so I couldn't sleep on one half of the bed. Otherwise, it felt like I was falling off. The breakfast was quite niche, being Malaysian food only. It would have been nice if there was something like scrambled e
