Location is great, very close to Marble Arch/Oxford Street. Staff were kind and helpful and the room is great value for money. Went in the summer so room was warm, but can’t be helped and open windows in the evening cooled it down. Telly not the biggest but does the job (not a smart TV but has an HDMI port). Hotel also offers luggage storage (at a price). Only pointers for improvement is that the shower head was a tad rusty (and shower basin was tad dirty, but nothing majorly to worry about), and if the property offered fans for the summer that would’ve made it better. AVOID!! Disgustingly dirty, black mould, crawling with ants, appalling experience
Pros: Nothing, it was disgusting Cons: Looked like it had never been cleaned, so dirty, black mould everywhere, stains on the furniture. I've been requesting a full refund as it was not possible to stay in the room due to how disgusting and unsanitary it was and still no response from the hotel. Appalling experience, avoid at all costs.

Worth it
Pros: Reception fella Muhammad was lovely fella very pleasant and cheerful... hotel was great location and great price added bonus shower in the room Cons: Could do with lick paint and clean
