Das nächste Mal wieder Bermonds Locke !

Pros: Gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Tower Bridge, London Tower , The Shard. Das Frühstück war sehr gut ,frisches Obst, Cerealien genauso wie Wurst, Käse, Bacon sowie warme Speisen. Das Beste jedoch war, das wir obwohl der Check In erst um 15.00 Uhr war schon morgens um 09.30 ins Zimmer durften. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Im Haus gibt es ein gut besuchtes ( Internet ) -Cafe und ein Restaurant. Ein Supermarkt ist 100 m entfernt. Pub´s,Restaurants ( italienisch, argentinisch, koreanisch, türkisch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung ! Cons: Zur den nächsten U Bahn Stationen ( Tower Hil

Pros: The rooms were nice. The staff were nice upon check-in and helpful. Cons: The gym was very small, when there were 3 people in there it felt claustrophobic. The breakfast service was quite poor - no one there to attend or explain how it worked. the wifi didnt work in the room nor did the tv

Poor Cleanliness, No Hot Water and a Disappointing Stay

Pros: I have been staying at Bermanslock since around early 2024, and this was my third visit. My first experience was excellent, and the hotel used to be my go-to place whenever I visited London. The quality and cleanliness were previously very good, which is why I kept coming back. I would also like to thank Noah, one of the staff members, for her kindness and helpfulness during our stay. Her attitude was genuinely appreciated. The bed also continues to be good, that’s the only reason it was not a 1 star. Cons: Unfortunately, this latest stay was extremely disappointing.
