Pros: Nothing. Cons: We did not even stay! we walked in to the room and it reeked like smoke, the air conditioner was blowing smoky air. We returned the key to the desk and left. I don’t know how they got an 8.2 rating. The pictures of the rooms might be some of their better rooms, but that is not representative of that place.
The owners were amazing, the place was spotless, and I am sure to be back next year.

Pros: It was clean and affordable . The owners were extremely nice and accommodating . Adjust expectations since this is just a budget motel but it is very clean. Cons: Even though I had a non smoking room I guess the air ducts make some odors travel and the room had a bit of some odor.
Value for Money, and surprisingly clean.
Pros: We had checked the reviews and had seen that we needed to be away from the "Reception Door" which can apparently slam as people come and go during the night. We slept very well for 4 nights (King size room), regardless of the background Street hum. A room to sleep in - NOT hang out in. Very basic, but that was quite acceptable / realistic for the value. The nearest Airbnb (we have stayed in a year before) was double the price. We were surprised to see our room had an exceptionally clean carpet; the fixtures and fittings had also been properly cleaned. It may be an old buildin
