Disgusting and filthy
Cons: The hotel stunk! I was in a mobility/handicap non-smoking room and it probably had been smoked in for the last 20 years, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor through the drain pan and I had to request extra towels to mop up the floor that was leaking in a handicapped bathroom, that was dangerous! My walker wouldn’t go over the transition piece from tiled entry to bedroom area because it was so high. The room could possibly have mold due to the water leaking all over the place. The door to our room did not close, which I believe is a fire code violation, fire barrier failure. Th

Like sleeping in a combat zone
Pros: The staff was amazingly friendly even the housekeeping staff
Cons: The ceiling and walls are so loud anytime anyone walks, you are completely unable to sleep because the cracking and banging sounds wake you up and it sounds like the roof above is going to fall. The beds are also very noisy anytime you move and they are hard as a rock to sleep on. The bathroom fans and a/c system is so loud when it turns on that it is impossible to get any rest as that jolts you awake too. This hotel reminded me of when I tried to sleep in a combat zone.

On medical overnight, clean, comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Excellent breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff! Pet friendly room was very clean, loved the laminate flooring! Breakfast hours (6-10) were perfect for all of us! Enjoyed pool & spa!
