Pros: The location was excellent. The staff was efficient & friendly. The rooms were nice & the bed was very comfortable. Didn't hear any noise from other rooms or the stairway. Would recommend Cons: There wasn't anything not to like
Small room, but perfect for our trip
Small room, but perfect for our trip. We chose this location to be close to the Coach Terminal, which meant we heard all the trains, but it didn't wake us up or keep us awake. First time in the UK and was very pleased

Pros: Great location, close to Victoria station and other travel options, excellent base for exploring central London on foot, staff were very helpful and polite, breakfast option onsite was handy, comfortable bed and good shower Cons: The room I had was a little tight but was as advertised and reasonable for a central London stay, which was appreciated
