As I said, the price could have been more reasonable.
It could have been a bit more affordable in terms of price only. Other services were good. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

Pros: The daytime front desk staff was polite. The evening front desk staff was polite and accommodating. Breakfast included. Fresh, pleasant smell when entering the lobby. Cons: I was offered and paid for an upgrade when I reserved the room, which was not as promised. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, her response was that she couldn't do anything about it because it was through booking.com. The TV remote didn't work. The fresh smell ended once I hit the hallway, which smelled aged and reeked of marijuana. It was a 3-night stay; my room was not serviced even after speaking to

Cons: I stayed at this hotel about two months ago, and while my stay itself was fine, the experience afterward has been extremely disappointing. I have been following up for my security deposit for the past two months. During the first month, I was repeatedly told that the refund had been initiated. After waiting another month, I was suddenly informed that my deposit would not be returned because they had allegedly found a hole in the wall. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency.
