A bad situation made much worse by the management response
Pros: It was conveniently situated for our needs. Cons: We had booked a comfort room - thats better than a superior one which is better than their standard one (or so we were led to believe). The shower had not been properly cleaned, causing the bathroom and bedroom to flood. This meant moving around the bedroom resulted in wet feet, clothes that were on the floor in the bathroom became soaking wet. The management acknowledged this and other related issues but refused a full refund on the basis that we had "made use of the sheets". They will inevitably reply with a defence that they offered

Pros: Freundliches Personal sehr engagiert Cons: Wenn man Sonntag anreist gibt es im Dorf nichts zu essen. Auch montags ist das lebensmittlgeschäft zu. Es gibt auch kein w lan.
